This Return to Work Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (“AMPTP”) and the various guilds, unions, and other entertainment industry organizations (collectively, “Participating Organizations”) for the purpose of establishing guidelines and protocols for the safe return to work in the entertainment industry in 2022.
